For the purpose of your access and downloading the results of Assert International Study, you need to leave us your personal data, namely:
Name and Surname, name of the company where you work and e-mail address. The controller of your personal data from paragraph one of this consent is Assert International doo Belgrade, Bulevar Milutina Milankovića Street 11G (Controller). We will use your data only for the purpose of further communication and realization of potential cooperation with you or with the company in which you work as well as for the purpose of improving future research. The legal basis for the processing of personal data is the consent of the person whose data are processed. We will keep your data for a maximum of 1 (one) year, after which we will delete them, and only authorized persons of the Controller will have access to them. Read more
The Controller will at all times take all necessary technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data, against accidental or unlawful destruction, alteration or accidental loss, unauthorized disclosure, use or access and all illegal forms of processing including the control of entry, access, intervention, disclosure and similar actions.
Pursuant to the Law on Personal Data Protection, you have the right to request access, correction or deletion of personal data from the Controller, i.e. you have the right to request a restriction on processing, the right to object to processing, and you have the right to data portability. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Commissioner for the Protection of Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection, Bulevar kralja Aleksandra Street 15, 11000 Belgrade, if you believe that any right related to your personal data has been violated.
